Advantages:

Устроила возможность вселиться в 3 часа ночи, была срочная командировка с прилетом ночью, из вариантов отель в аэропорту и квартира рядом с объектом куда надо было ехать утром естественно выбрали квартиру, все лились без проблем так же и выехали.
