Advantages:

Заселение без контактное, удобное расположение квартиры( очень близко метро)

Disadvantages:

При оформлении указала 10 человек( 7 из них дети) кружек было 3 ( грязные), вилок 9 штук, подушек нехватило как и постельного белья, в квартире сильный запах тобака. Когда раскладывали диваны то внутри оказалось много мусора. Дипозит хозяин вернул только после моего сообщения
