Advantages:

Очень чистая и светлая квартира, все есть для проживания (кроме tv), очень понравился фруктовый чай. Район тихий, в соседнем подъезде продуктовый магазин, стоянка рядом с домом.

Disadvantages:

Как таковых не было. Думаю телевизор в скором времени появится, хотя и без него было очень комфортно
