Местоположение очень удобное: рядом много продуктовых магазинов, аптек, школ. Центр в 10 минутах на машине. Рядом расположен бульвар на ул. Мира и дендрологический парк.

Хорошая транспортная доступность: прямо у дома трамвайная остановка, в 5 минутах пешком автобусная и троллейбусная остановки.

В квартире есть буквально все для проживания: бесплатный wi-fi, двуспальная кровать, раскладной диван, все кухонные и бытовые приборы, два кондиционера.
Есть подземная парковка во дворе - доплата 500р.

Заезд с 14:00 и выезд до 12:00 (обговаривается заранее).

Бронирование по предоплате, при отмене бронирования менее чем за 3 суток до заселения, предоплата не возвращается.
При заезде от 5-ти суток будет скидка. Также возможна понедельная и помесячная аренда.

Заезд с детьми и животными (только кошки) обговаривается заранее и вносится залог 100% от всей суммы.
