Правила:
В квартире запрещено курение и проведение вечеринок;
Время заселения начинается с 14: 00, время выселения до 12: 00;
Возможно организовать ранний заезд и поздний выезд по договоренности;
Срок бронирования от 4 суток;
При заезде заполняется договор и вносится залог в размере 2500 руб.;
Залог возвращается после уборки, но до 00: 00 дня выезда;
Нарушения: курение, гости свыше 5 гостей, вечеринки, жалобы соседей на шум — залог не возвращается. Повреждения, пропажа вещей, уборка свыше 3 часов — расчет по текущей рыночной стоимости.
Отчетные документы: кассовый чек, оплата по счету.
Для заселения и заключения договора нужны: паспорт/военный билет и страховой депозит.
Для вашей безопасности на территории лестничной площадки ведется видеонаблюдение.
