Disadvantages:

Не могу никак оценить, так как заселение не состоялось, квартира была занята, предлагали другую в другом районе, мы были не против в целом, но потом передумали, когда приехали уже, не дождались помощницу и решили не ждать. По фото все квартиры в хорошем состоянии, на посуточно, насколько я поняла, ещё не все успели выставить, цена/качество отличное, по моему мнению.
