В комнате двуспальная кровать, на кухне дополнительно двуспальный диван! Вся бытовая техника. Рядом ТЦ Дирижабль, метро Ботаническое, кафе, рестораны. Аквапарк в одной остановке на метро. До центра тоже 1-2 остановки на метро. Квартира рассчитана на 4х человек. Предоставляю отчетные документы. Стоимость проживания зависит от кол-ва гостей!
