Красивая просторная квартира в жили комплексе "Созвездие", Теплый кирпичный дом, хорошая шумоизоляция. Большая лоджия. Красивый вид на Дирижабль. Очень удобное месторасположение, прямо возле дома метро Ботаническая, остановки транспорта, до центра 10 минут на машине. ТРЦ Дирижабль, круглосуточный гипермаркет "Окей".Из окон также виден Аквапарк. Возможно круглосуточное заселение по предварительной договоренности.

Не сдаём под празднования вечеринок и мероприятий!!!
