Advantages:

Расположение прекрасное, в самом центре. Квартира со свежим ремонтом, все необходимое есть.

Disadvantages:

В жаркие дни очень душно, вентилятор/ кондиционер был бы очень кстати. В душевой кабине не хватило полки для шампуней.
