Advantages:

Бесконтактное заселение, есть сейф где лежит ключ. Очень удобно. Гостеприимность на "5+" в квартире есть всё необходимое.

Disadvantages:

Очень маленький душ метр на метр, кухня почти отсутствует. Нет стиральной машины и это крайне не удобно если ты приехал из далека и негде сполоснуть вещи с дороги.

Спасибо за отзыв, да, стиральной машинки пока нет,но ее очень редко спрашивают, но на будущее будем иметь ввиду. Душевая сделана из кладовки, поэтому места мало, но сполоснуться с дороги можно. В принципе дом только с санузлами, без душевых
