Advantages:

Неплохие комнаты, балкон даже есть.

Disadvantages:

Не уточнено, что это не дом, а скорее общежите. Ходят вахтовики, тонкие стены. Оптимальная цена скорее 1000, а не 1500. В холле, который идет к комнатам стоит камера, не очень приятно.
