Тепло, чисто, тихо. Сам дом расположен удобно - близко к ТЦ столичный. В квартире хватает всего. Полное соответствие фото. Соответствие цена-качество хорошее. Из забавных мелочей - не с первого раза нашел выключатель на кухне - он оказался над холодильником.
