Заселение через сейф, есть всё необходимое, магазины рядом. Выселиться хозяйка разрешила позже и без доплат. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Есть конечно нюансы, но по соотношению цена-качество вполне достойно.

Advantages:

Оставили ключ для раннего заселения.

Disadvantages:

Квартира совершенно пустая. По городу отключена горячая вода - нет даже таза, чтобы ополоснуться. В комнате кроме кровати и дивана ничего нет: ни тумбочки, ни столика.
