В квартире имеется все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Предоставляются все отчетные документы. Работаем как с наличным так и по безналичному расчету. Расчетный час до 12-00. Залог 2000 р. При выезде залог возвращается , если не будут нарушены условия проживания.

Advantages:

Учитывая, что заселили в другую квартиру, описать данный объект нет возможности

Disadvantages:

Квартиру заменили на другую меньшую в день заселения без предупреждения, хотя бронировали за месяц. Другая квартира в принципе чистая, но вся мебель обшарпанная: диван протертый, одна табуретка сломаная, в ванной часть плитки отпала. Хотя нас предупредили, что в квартире не курят, чувствовался запах табака.
