Advantages:

По договоренности встретили поздно, ночью. В квартире все хорошо, чисто, все работает.

Disadvantages:

Очень холодный пол, хорошо бы тапочки.

Тапочки носят индивидуальный характер, поэтому их и нет в квартире. Пол в квартире тёплый, но был отключён в связи с положительной (+20) температурой на улице.
