Advantages:

Хорошая теплая и чистая квартира. Хозяйка оперативно заселили и постоянно была на связи.

Disadvantages:

Качество воды в городе не очень (болотный запах), надо заранее закупиться, если планируете чаепитие. Также местные жители ее очень любят, когда на"их" места во дворе паркуют автомобили. Я поспорил с одной женщиной, т.к. выяснилось, что занял "ее" место. Авто не стал убирать, за ночь с ним ничего не произошло.
