Advantages:

Обычная гостиница, как в СССР, для ночёвки подойдёт, чисто, удобства в номере, тихо, парковка есть, вроде даже как под камерами, магазин рядом. Цена не кусается, как то заезжал в 3 часа ночи места были. Наверное есть всегда, для непритязательных вполне подойдёт.

Disadvantages:

Нет кондиционера, но за эту цену и быть не может.
