В доме, магазин, рядом лес. Вид из окна без подсмотра третьих лиц. В доме три лифта Соседей не было слышно, возможно не плохая шумоизоляция. Квартира чистая, кровать средней жесткости. Напор воды хороший, без проблем. Заселение бесконтактное. Чай и конфеты были.

Disadvantages:

Нет настольной лампы, не были кофе и сахара.

Advantages:

Новый микрорайон, дом заселён частично. Удобно, что продуктовый магазин на 1-м этаже. Во дворе детская площадка, с парковочными местами проблем нет. До центра города на машине 5 минут. Общественный транспорт в шаговой доступности.
