Advantages:

Удобное расположение квартиры, хороший район, рядом все есть, разные магазины. В квартире тепло, удобное бесконтактное заселение. В квартире нет неприятных запахов, чисто. Довольно быстро фирма отвечали на вопросы, залог вернули на следующий день после выезда.

Disadvantages:

Из недостатков это постельное бельё и полотенца, неприятный "затхлый запах", хорошо, что у нас было своё, пользовались только своим. И кран в ванной комнате, он весь облупился и все это торчит в разные стороны, не очень смотрится. И ключ домофона сломан, неудобно было звонить каждый раз когда заходили, но в принципе ,нам без проблем открывали.
