Милый дом.
Загородный отдых в уютном доме на берегу пруда, вдали от суеты, где есть терраса, мангальная зона, детская площадка, бассейн, баня на дровах. Голубые ели, ёлки, пихты, цветы.
В доме 3 отдельных спален, 15 спальных мест, кухня, посудомойка, плита, чайник, посуда на 15 человек, холодильник, телевизоры, муз. Центр, 2 ванные комнаты.
Парковка на 5 машин.
Рядом пляж балтым (5 мин. На машине), мезеи верхней пышмы (15 мин. На машине).
Баня 1500 час, мин. 3 часа.

Advantages:

Большой дом, на большую компанию - места очень много.

Disadvantages:

Есть проблемы с сантехникой, не работает вентиль крана в туалете на первом этаже, грязные и старые кабинки. Замок двери в туалет на втором сначала не закроешь, потом не откроешь. Не приятно было в одной из спален наткнуться на чужие трусы между матрасом и изголовьем😭
