Advantages:

Быстрое заселение, позитивный доброжелательный хозяин. В квартире всё необходимое,в жару хозяин оставил для нас в холодильнике большую бутыль с холодной водой,в квартире много спальных мест, есть вентилятор что спасал в жару при отсутствии кондиционера. Парковка у дома есть, в подъезде хороший ремонт.

Disadvantages:

Ванная комната- слабое место, необходим ремонт. На кухне громоздкие старые кресла напрочь съедают всё пространство..
